Thank you for your interest in support items from Forever Footprints. We would love to supply your hospital or organization with our Memory Boxes, Sibling Backpacks and/or Miscarriage Memory Bags. These items help bring comfort to families who have experienced the loss of their pregnancy or baby.
Please fill out the information below. Please note, we serve hospitals, families and organization in the OC, LA & IE areas of Southern California. We do our best to provide the number of requested items but items are provided by donation and sometimes quantities are limited.
Please note: Our support items now have designated delivery/drop off dates, which will take place 3 times per year in January, May and October.
The first Drop Off Date for 2025 is Monday January 27. Someone must be available to receive the items on this date.
